These terms cover your use of Signal at signal.zimmerai.ir. Using Signal means you accept them. If you use Signal for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. این شرایط، استفاده شما از سیگنال روی signal.zimmerai.ir را پوشش می‌دهد. استفاده از سیگنال یعنی پذیرش این شرایط. اگر از سیگنال برای یک سازمان استفاده می‌کنید، تأیید می‌کنید که اختیار پذیرش از طرف آن را دارید.

What Signal doesسیگنال چه می‌کند

Signal is a supervised SEO assistant. It researches keywords, drafts content and reports on rankings, and it stops for your approval at the points that matter — you approve the keywords, and you review the content before anything is published. Signal is not an autonomous agent, and you remain responsible for what you publish. سیگنال یک دستیار سئوی تحت نظارت است. کلمات کلیدی را بررسی می‌کند، محتوا می‌نویسد و از جایگاه‌ها گزارش می‌دهد، و در نقاط مهم برای تأیید شما می‌ایستد — کلمات کلیدی را شما تأیید می‌کنید و محتوا را پیش از انتشار شما بازبینی می‌کنید. سیگنال یک عامل خودمختار نیست و مسئولیت آنچه منتشر می‌کنید با شماست.

Your accountحساب شما

• Keep your sign-in credentials and any API keys you configure to yourself. اطلاعات ورود و هر کلید API که تنظیم می‌کنید را نزد خود نگه دارید.
• You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do in it. مسئول کارهایی هستید که افراد دعوت‌شده به فضای کاری شما انجام می‌دهند.

Acceptable useاستفاده مجاز

Do not use Signal to: از سیگنال برای این کارها استفاده نکنید:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks; نقض قانون یا نقض حق نشر و علائم تجاری دیگران؛
• publish spam, deceptive content, or content presented as human-written where that misleads; انتشار هرزنامه، محتوای فریبنده، یا محتوایی که به‌نادرست انسانی‌نوشته معرفی شود؛
• access sites or Search Console properties you do not own or have permission to use; دسترسی به سایت‌ها یا وب‌سایت‌های سرچ کنسولی که مالک یا مجاز به استفاده از آن‌ها نیستید؛
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own. حمله، بارگذاری بیش از حد، مهندسی معکوس سرویس، یا فروش مجدد آن به نام خودتان.

Your contentمحتوای شما

Your projects, keywords and articles remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can run. Content produced by AI is a draft: check it for accuracy, originality and compliance before you publish. پروژه‌ها، کلمات کلیدی و مقاله‌های شما متعلق به خودتان می‌ماند. تنها اجازه لازم برای ذخیره و پردازش آن‌ها جهت اجرای سرویس را به ما می‌دهید. محتوای تولیدشده با هوش مصنوعی یک پیش‌نویس است: پیش از انتشار، درستی، اصالت و انطباق آن را بررسی کنید.

Third-party servicesسرویس‌های شخص ثالث

Signal connects to services such as Google Search Console and AI providers on your instruction. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or their results. سیگنال به دستور شما به سرویس‌هایی مانند گوگل سرچ کنسول و ارائه‌دهندگان هوش مصنوعی متصل می‌شود. شرایط خودِ آن‌ها بر استفاده شما حاکم است و ما مسئول در دسترس بودن یا نتایج آن‌ها نیستیم.

No guarantee of rankingsبدون تضمین جایگاه

Search engines rank pages by their own rules and change them without notice. Signal helps you work; it does not promise any position, traffic level or revenue. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. موتورهای جستجو صفحه‌ها را با قواعد خودشان رتبه‌بندی می‌کنند و بدون اطلاع قبلی تغییرشان می‌دهند. سیگنال به کار شما کمک می‌کند؛ هیچ جایگاه، میزان ترافیک یا درآمدی را تضمین نمی‌کند. هیچ‌چیز اینجا مشاوره حقوقی، مالی یا حرفه‌ای نیست.

Service and liabilityسرویس و مسئولیت

The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance may interrupt it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost traffic or lost data. سرویس «همان‌گونه که هست» ارائه می‌شود. تلاش می‌کنیم در دسترس بماند اما کارکرد بی‌وقفه یا بدون خطا تضمین نمی‌شود و نگهداری ممکن است آن را قطع کند. تا حدی که قانون اجازه دهد، مسئول زیان‌های غیرمستقیم یا تبعی از جمله سود ازدست‌رفته، ترافیک ازدست‌رفته یا داده ازدست‌رفته نیستیم.

Suspension and endingتعلیق و پایان

You may stop using Signal at any time and ask for your workspace to be deleted. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where use threatens the service or other users. هر زمان می‌توانید استفاده از سیگنال را متوقف کنید و حذف فضای کاری خود را بخواهید. ما می‌توانیم دسترسی را در صورت نقض این شرایط، عدم پرداخت، یا زمانی که استفاده، سرویس یا کاربران دیگر را تهدید کند، تعلیق یا پایان دهیم.
